Create an order

Send this HTTP POST request from your server. The response contains a pay_url to redirect your customer.

Header x-signature = HMAC-SHA256(raw_body, your_api_key)
Credit your user once per order_id, then respond with HTTP 200.

After payment, the customer returns to your redirect URL with
?order_id=..&id=..&status=PAID.
